aromatic-herbs

Each of us can grow herbs at home rather than buying them at the grocery store.

For seedlings, herbs or seeds if you want to see growth, can be purchased in any nursery and there is often a choice of many varieties.
Should be seeded and kept in the Sun because they can germinate in the most natural way, but also requires a fairly humid environment to ensure that the first seedlings begin to sprout.
For some species of plants can also remove cuttings from existing plants (but not flowers) and replanted in a pot with soil, periodically nebulizzandole and avoiding excessive contact with sunlight.

To preserve herbs, so you can use them even in seasons when the garden is bare, you can choose from different alternatives:
-drying: drying can be done in different ways but it's good to separate the different kinds of herbs to avoid contamination of flavour and place them in a dry place to eliminate the natural humidity
-freeze: may be frozen within bags or ice cubes

Can be used to give more flavor to the dishes, used fresh or dried; Or using the healing properties of various plants can do the infusions, relaxing or invigorating, digestive health or for coughs and sore throats.

These plants have thousands of features, you just have to discover them!
