vitamins

Vitamins are important because they allow the body to use the protein, fat and carbohydrates playing an antioxidant function.

They are divided into water-soluble (dissolve with water and are more easily removed) and liposoluble (dissolve in an alcoholic solution and store easily).

The first group contains vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B9, B12 and vitamin C; while they are fat-soluble vitamins A, E, D and K.

Unfortunately ultimately not enough to have a proper diet to take all the necessary vitamins because of fertilizer and other chemicals used in agriculture and industry. The pollution increases the need for intake of vitamins, medicines and the assimilazone of toxins cause the formation of free radicals in the body.

PEPPERMINT TEA

1 tablespoon of dried Peppermint, 2.5 dl of water

Let stand for 5 minutes in boiling water the dried Peppermint, then filtered. Consume 2 cups per day, morning and evening.

Celery relieves sore throat

Decoction of celery for the sore throat

50 g of celery leaves; 1 L water

Prepare the decoction pouring 40 gr of celery leaves in a liter of cold water.
Bring to a boil for 5/7 minutes. Then, filter the concoction with a fine mesh strainer.
Drink 2/3 cups per day (depending on the intensity of inflammation).

The decoction is used as footbath to relieve the chilblains.
