Basil is not only a wonderful and excellent kitchen plant but also helps to alleviate your anxieties. is ideal for fighting fatigue (especially if mental type) and is an excellent remedy for bad breath! Here is a very simple ifuso for Basil conbattere tiredness and anxiety.

Basil leaves, 0.25 L of water

Infuse the basil leaves into the boiling water and cook for 10/15 minutes. Then filtered BREW and put into a coffee cup of greater capacity (decide depending on your taste). Best if consumed after meals.

Heat up the extra-virgin olive oil in a large stewing pot. Add the onion, carrot, and celery. Cook until the vegetables have become soft. Add the cubed wild boar and season with nutmeg, salt, and black pepper. Mix the ingredients together and add the wine. Allow the wine to reduce. Add the tomato puree, beef broth, and salt. Cover with a lid and cook for 2 hours.

Straccetti pasta with sausage, onion and tomatoes

Ingredients: ( for 6 people)
Sauce:

- 4 sausages
- 1 onion
- 5 tomatoes
- extra virgin olive oil

Peal the onion, and slice it up into small cubes. Heat up a frying pan with a bit of extra virgin olive oil in it and get the onions brown. Add the sausages in, cook them together for about 15 minutes, than add a glass of white wine to it. When it starts to evaporate, add the chopped tomates and cook for about an other 40 minutes.
