Laurel vodka

10 g of laurel leaves, 1 dl lemon juice, 1 dl of vodka, 2 teaspoons of sugar

Prepare an infusion by placing leaves in the boiling water, letting it sit for 10 minutes. Strain and add the lemon juice and vodka while it is still hot, but not shaken.
Let rest for at least an hour, then serve by adding sugar.

Raspberry mouthwash

Ingredients: 100 ml of water, raspberry leaves

Mince and chopped some raspberry leaves (according to the use you make of mouthwash) and pour 100 ml of boiling water over 3 teaspoons of chopped leaves.
Let stand, then strain. Use it for external use against skin diseases and inflammation of the mouth; for mouthwash and gargle several times a day.

Summer savory (Satureja hortensis) is the better known of the savory species. It is an annual, but otherwise is similar in use and flavor to the perennial winter savory. It is used more often than winter savory, which has a slightly more bitter flavor.
