INGREDIENS:

- 4 tablespoons of sour dough
-1/3 cups lukewarm water
- 1 Kg of organic flour itegrale
- 500 g of flour manitoba
-1 Kg of organic semolina flour 
- 4 teaspoons of sunflower seeds
- 4 teaspoons of organic flaxseed
- 2 teaspoons of organic poppy seeds Sesame
- 4 teaspoons of organic pumpkin seeds
-1 tbsp salt

Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large bowl. Add all the seeds, pour all the flour and knead vigorously until the dough is soft. Cover the dough with a cloth of wool or pile and let stand in a warm place for 4 hours. After the interval, create of loaves of the shape and size you wanted and blended well again. Cover the loaves with a woollen cloth in a warm place and let it rest again for 4 hours. Bake in a preheated and ventilated oven, for the first 20 minutes at 200°, than decreases the temperature at 180° to simmer for 40 minutes.

LEMON COCKTAIL

1 dl of white rum, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon honey, ice cubes, 3 dl of champagne/sparkling wine
