Ingredients ( for 6 people):

• 2 eggs
• 2 ½ tablespoon of sugar
• 2 whole orange peels
• 400 gr. flour
• 10 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1 cup of milk
• 2 bags of baking powder
• salt
• icing sugar
• chocolate powder

Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the sugar mixing energetically. Finely grate the orange peels and add to the eggs with a pinch of salt. Add the flour slowly, beating the eggs continuously and add the olive oil and the warmed milk. Add the baking powder. Preheat the oven and set the mixture in a deep oven pan and cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 200°. When the surface becomes a nice brown, and nothing sticks to the toothe pick, let it out and cool. Once it has cooled, it can be taken out of the pan. Sprinkle the icing sugar or chocolate powder on top.
