Myrrhis

Also known as Myrhh, this is grown in the garden both as an herb and flowering perennial. Foliage is bright green and almost fernlike in appearance, with a strong flavor and smell of sweet licorice. Large umbels of tiny white flowers appear in early summer, followed by shiny black seeds. Prune back hard after flowering to rejuvenate the leaves. Excellent for specimen effect in the June border. Seeds may be used to propagate, but must be sown immediately when fresh, in late summer.

Herbal tea of Absinthe

Dried and crushed Absinthe, hot water, sugar as taste.

Digestive and bitter herbal tea. Need to know how to measure out the amount infused wisely to avoid a preparation absolutely undrinkable. Use no more than 1/4 of a teaspoon of chopped and dried grass or a green leaf per cup of water. With these proportions bad taste is pleasant and sugar is even more acceptable. A small cup of BREW after meals is great for good digestion.

Wormwood is also used to combat fleas, dog garden scale insects...

Einige Vitamine werden dem Körper als Vorstufen, sogenannte Provitamine...

B Vitamins

B vitamins are a class of water-soluble vitamins that play important roles in cell metabolism. Though these vitamins share similar names, research shows that they are chemically distinct vitamins that often coexist in the same foods. In general, supplements containing all eight are referred to as a vitamin B complex. Individual B vitamin supplements are referred to by the specific name of each vitamin (e.g., B1, B2, B3 etc.)

Further below a list of the B vitamins:

The peasant wisdom advised her to rub a sprig of parsley on a puncture wound and stings to relieve pain.

This map is also useful to relieve menstrual pains that often put KO many women and against high blood pressure simply by drinking an infusion of parsley seeds in hot water.

An infusion is also useful in case of intestinal gas.
