water-kefir

Water kefir is a probiotic drink slightly alcoholic and fizzy, obtained from the fermentation of grains of kefir. There are two types of kefir: kefir milk and water kefir.

The water kefir is a great probiotic drink suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Also, it does not contain gluten and is also suitable for consumption by celiac. By virtue of its water kefir ferments works by rebalancing the intestinal flora, stimulates the intestinal immune system with beneficial effects on the immune system of the entire body. Regularly consuming Kefir would ensure the smooth functioning of the intestines and digestive system, a reinforcement of the immune system, shifting the balance of intestinal flora and the Elimination of bad cholesterol in the blood.

To prepare 1 liter of tibicos serves:

- tibicos grains
- 1 l of natural water
- 32 g brown sugar 1
- dry fruit (1apricot, 1 fig, 1date, 1Plum, or what you like) 
- glass jar

How to prepare it:

- In a transparent container, pour 1 l of natural water and brown sugar.
- Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
- Introducing kefir grains, dried fruit.
- Leave in a container at room temperature for 48 hours.

Fermentation can take place at room temperature. To slow down the fermentation process, you can leave the water Kefir in refrigerator. To reuse the kefir grains, rinse the jar thoroughly under running water.

PEPPERMINT TEA

1 tablespoon of dried Peppermint, 2.5 dl of water

Let stand for 5 minutes in boiling water the dried Peppermint, then filtered. Consume 2 cups per day, morning and evening.

Wine and Sage for your skin tone

SAGE WINE

30 g of Sage leaves, 1 l of red wine

Put Sage to macerate for a week in red wine.
At the end of the sorted the infusion and store it in a bottles.
This wine has tonic, anti-rheumatic and digestive properties.
You should drink the infusion at least 2 times a day.

Tri it with one of our organic red wines!

Ingredients: ( for 6 people)

Sauce:
- 4 sausages
- 1 onion
- 5 tomatoes
- extra virgin olive oil

Peal the onion, and slice it up into small cubes. Heat up a frying pan with a bit of extra virgin olive oil in it and get the onions brown. Add the sausages in, cook them together for about 15 minutes, than add a glass of white wine to it. When it starts to evaporate, add the chopped tomates and cook for about an other 40 minutes.

Ingredients ( for 6 people):

- 500 gr boiled potatoes
- 50 gr bacon or sausages
- 5 tablespoon of tomatoe sauce
- salt
- pepper and nutmeg powder grated
- pecorino cheese
- 1 garlic clove

Boil the potatoes till tender and let it cool. Once they are cool, peel the skins. In a deep pan, heat some olive oil and cook the the garlic finely chopped with the bacon /or sausage. Ingredients for 6 person:

- 350 gr chicken liver
- 1/2 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoons of capers
- 3/4 anchovy fillets
